How Do I Order Products?

When you see a product that you would like to order, click on the product name or its image. In the next screen you will see the item displayed with the corresponding price and a 'Quantity' box below. You may also see options for each item such as color, and size depending on the selected item. You must make a selection for each of these options and enter a quantity to successfully add to cart. Once all options are selected and the quantity is filled out, click 'Add to Cart'. To continue shopping, simply enter a new keyword or browse through the categories.

How Do I Delete a Product From My Shopping Cart?

You can delete a product from your shopping cart by clicking the ‘trash can’ or by changing the quantity ordered to '0' and clicking the 'Update' button.

How Do I Change the Quantity for a Product in my Shopping Cart?

You can change the quantity of a product in your shopping cart by clicking the quantity box and updating the number in the box then click on the 'Update' button directly under the quantity box

The Brand Store accepts Co-Op funds and credit cards at checkout.

How Do I Add My Purchase Order Number or Special Instructions to my Brand Store Order?

Please include your purchase order number and/or special instructions in the text box under ‘Additional Order Information’ during Step 2 Billing Address/Payment of the checkout process.

Shipping Information

Upon checkout, the user is required to select method of shipping. Estimated pricing specific to the ship to destination is provided. Please note that most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Due to the impact of Covid-19, there may be some delays in your order. We are working to get orders out to you as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my order?

All orders ship as quickly as possible via the service level you selected at checkout (Ground, Expedited, etc.). Orders for in-stock items, stock permitting, are shipped the same day if they are received by 1 PM EST. Transit time is 1-5 days, based on your location. Orders received after 1 PM EST will ship the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. If your order does not ship complete, you will receive additional emails for any subsequent shipments. Orders for custom-made items are subject to a 2-3 week production time prior to shipping. Due to COVID-19 it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order.

How Do I Know That JELD-WEN Has Received My Order?

You will know that your order has been sent to us when you see the 'Order Confirmation' page on your web browser. This screen will issue an Order Number and provide a summary of the order you placed. You will also receive an email with your order information.
