JELD-WEN Brand Store and True BLU™ account representatives are available during normal West Coast office hours to assist you with your purchases or co-op marketing needs. They will respond as quickly as possible, but please allow up to two business days for a response, due to the high volume of requests.

  2. If you need assistance with a marketing service, have a question about True BLU™ or are seeking ideas to support your JELD-WEN co-op marketing program, contact a True BLU™ account representative at TrueBLU@cmdagency.com or (503) 488-4389.
  3. If you placed a custom order through the store and have a question or need an update, please contact the representative who was assisting you with that order. If you don’t recall who that was, contact TrueBLU@cmdagency.com or (503) 488-4388.
